Exciting news! I recently submitted a proposal to present a poster at the 2012 Aging in America Conference (American Society on Aging) in March. To me submitting a proposal was like entering a contest. You submit an entry and don't really expect any response. To my surprise, about a week after submitting my proposal, I got a sweet email informing me that my poster proposal was accepted!!
When I graduated from my masters program, I knew that my MPH final project was not in any way final. I have always intended to actually use this "school project" in real life. Not quite there, but this is a start! I'll be presenting my project titled "Combating Negative Views of Aging: The Development of Educational Curriculum on Aging for Children."
Couldn't wait to share the news! Many thanks for your readership. Enjoy the rest and joy from this holiday=).
Congratulations on your early Christmas present! When it's ready, I'd like to learn more about your project.
